✓ 7-Day Easy Returns — If you’re not 100% satisfied, return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item differs significantly from the product description/photos
- Unused item in original condition with all tags intact
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customised or engraved jewellery
- Items purchased during special sales (marked as non-returnable)
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

- Our team will review and approve the return within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us (we’ll share the address). Return shipping is free for defective/wrong items.
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Refund Methods
- Online payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please share your bank details
- Exchange: We can exchange for another item of equal/higher value (you pay the difference)
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take unboxing photos/video and contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
