⏱ Act within 24 hours — Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Order Cancellation
When can I cancel?
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.
- If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.
How to cancel your order
- Contact us immediately after placing your order:

- Our team will confirm the cancellation status within a few hours.
Refund after cancellation
- Online payments (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: No charge is made — cancellation is simply confirmed.
Order Modifications
What can be modified?
- Delivery address (before dispatch only)
- Product size or variant (subject to stock availability)
- Quantity changes (increase or decrease)
- Personalisation details (name, engraving) — only if production has not started
How to request a modification
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order (same 24-hour window applies):

- We will confirm whether the modification is possible based on order status.
Customised / Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised jewellery (engraved names, custom sizes) cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Please double-check all details before placing a custom order.
Can’t cancel in time?
If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery or return the item within 7 days of delivery under our Refund & Returns Policy.
