🚚 Orders & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via SMS/email. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders.
🔄 Returns & Refunds

All our silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure, internationally certified). Gold pieces are BIS Hallmarked. We also make custom and personalised jewellery — contact us with your requirements.
💳 Payment & Security
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments go through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your card details.
