🛒 Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available for most PIN codes across India. You can check availability at checkout by entering your PIN code.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it (before dispatch). Contact us at +91 8305085066 or via WhatsApp immediately. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Metro cities: 2–3 days. Tier 2/3 cities: 3–4 days. Remote areas: 5–7 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status in My Account or contact us with your Order ID.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you’re not satisfied, received a damaged item, or got the wrong item — contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. For UPI/card payments, the refund goes back to the original method. For COD orders, we do a bank transfer.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please take photos/video of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us immediately at +91 8305085066 or via WhatsApp. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
💍 Product Questions
Is your silver jewellery pure/genuine?
Yes. All our silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver), which is the international standard. Each piece is stamped with 925 certification.
How do I care for silver jewellery?
• Store in an airtight bag or box when not in use
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals
• Clean with a soft silver polishing cloth
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising
Does silver jewellery tarnish?
Pure silver can tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This is normal and can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. Oxidised silver designs are intentionally darkened for an antique look.
Do you make custom/personalised jewellery?

Are your gold pieces BIS Hallmarked?
Yes. Our gold and gold-plated pieces comply with BIS hallmarking standards. Look for the BIS mark information in the product description.
